Hello! Okay, so sorry that I logged in so late. Was over at someone's place. Anyways, this is my definition for night, 12midnight. Hahas. So firstly, 1 more day to our BBQ!!! Its a class event so reminder again, WEAR YOUR CLASS TEE PLEASE! Also, do bring extra clothes in case you get wet or something. Bring your umbrella, water bottle because I think everyone needs water besides the soft drinks as well as cash. Things there at ECP can be really pricey and if you rent your bikes from the wrong shop, it'll probably cost you a bomb for an hour. The last time i went there, its 6 bucks an hour. I think theres cheaper ones though.
So those were the things to bring. Now, the things to do there. You may cycle there, or just walk on the beach. If you want company, there is a group ( lets just call them the 9oclock group ) meeting at the school backgate busstop where 58, 45, 133 and 135 is available.Direction is towards the MRT station, not the school. The 9oclock group will be there and board the first bus that comes after 9oclock. So dont be late. The 3pm group is cancelled so you may want to join the 9oclock group to cycle. We intend to cycle as far as we can till out butts rot, and hoprefully to where the changi airport takeoff there is.The rest of you, I suppose you're either coming with a group of friends or alone by public transport, cab or parents.
For the non public transport, its pit E-52. Ask the driver to alight you at carpark E ( landmark being the East Coast Food Centre ) and its just 4 pits away. Pretty near. Pick up point when returning home shall also be the same as it may get really dark at night. Please ensure that you have a transport back by today, and if possible parents picking up as a group. It will be troublesome to have 1 or 2 students having to walk alone very far far away.
For the public transport, its also E-52 (duh -.-). Now, this is hard to explain as I only know how to make my way there when i recognise the buildings. If so, take 55 or 135 from bishan and ang mo kio interchange respectively until you reach East Coast. The landmark is Marine Parade Police Post. You may ask the driver if you are still uncertain. Wherever you alight, you have to cross the overhead bridge and walk past 2 carparks to head for the underpass thta will lead you to the Macdonalds and thereafter you follow the sign to our pit. In any case when you feel you're lost, ask the passerbys, or call my handphone.
For this paragraph, I will delete after my bbq as I dont feel good showing the whole world my number. Its 91199381. If in any case, I do not answer you phone, perhaps you could send me a message and I'll reply back as soon as I can as I may have been caught up with something. this applies from now till the end of the BBQ as I will be in Sentosa the whole day tmr and may not hear your call.
